I was practicing making these delectable marshmallows for my favorite aunts potential burger cook-off. I don’t typically eat hamburgers, but these patties are the sweetest kind and ‘cooked’ to perfection.  I love any kind of contests revolving around food and deserts. I used my food colorants to shade the fondants - bun, ketchup, mustard and lettuce, then piled it all together and used my showtime #13 knife to paint the bun seeds.
