I’m headed into the city this weekend and it inspired me to make tonight’s marshmallow. The Swan Boats that glide effortlessly across the lake are certainly relaxing to watch and I’m looking forward to seeing them even if I’m not able to catch a ride on one. I always thought it was so unique to have a small lake with paddling swan boats right in the middle of a hustling and bustling city. My marshmallow is a little white fondant swan atop a small pond of blue fondant water. It was a challenge to get the neck upright and stay, but once it was dry and set it was firm enough to hold.
