I perched this little treat on the small grill counter attached to my outdoor grill. I say, nothing says summer like grilling outside and eating artistic marshmallows for dessert. I covered this marshmallow in candy coating, and hoisted the red and blue fondant stars on ‘posts’ I made by drawing chocolate lines on my parchment paper. When the lines dried I carefully attached them to the top of the marshmallow. I had to move quickly because today was another hot day and the warmth of my fingers was making the chocolate soft. The final step was attaching the fondant stars on the posts using chocolate glue from my piping bag.
Get the grill ready! (but let me move my marshmallow first!)
