I made this little nurse hat in honor of a friend who just passed the NCLEX exam. Hooray! I molded the white fondant and placed it atop the chocolate covered marshmallow just before the coating hardened. The red was getting dry and you can see where it was starting to feather across the bottom. I made the red cross free hand and carefully used a dab of water to fuse it to the white hat as a base.
