A light dinner

I made a delicious tossed salad tonight for dinner. Greens, cheese, carrots, and sliced zucchini tossed with oil and balsamic vinegar. I love when the salad IS the meal…its easy, fast and refreshing. After all the fries and the chocolate volcano I ate yesterday, I felt a nice salad was the way to go tonight.   My marshmallow has a lovely salad with the carrot (prior to my cutting) on a white fondant cutting board. I also included bead fondant cherry tomatoes for this mini-version, although the real salad I ate did not have any.
