Marshmallow Minty Pops

I thought of this yummy treat today and went right into it. I put marshmallows on lollipop sticks and dipped them into a bowl of warm vanilla candy coating and then rested it to harden on a mini sized york peppermint patty. These came out so great and the peppermints fit right on the bottom (or top of the marshmallow when your holding it) so it looks almost like one whole piece of yummy minty marshmallow deliciousness.
